TSR80S High Accurate Automatic Linear Drive SystemThe TSR80S linear drive system with precision ballscrew drive is a complete solution for single axis linear motion. Applications include material stops and push feed systems, in addition to customized applications for moving saws and drill heads. With t-nuts and slots, units can be easily retrofitted to existing tables and conveyors. Features • Linear drive system with integrated precision ballscrew, DC servo motor with gear box and rotary encoder • Position controller for single position with quantity counter, manual mode, automatic gauge arm retract, out-of-position feedback and control stands • T-nuts and slots for easy retrofit on any table or conveyor • Left or right side mounting Specifications • Travel speed: 18in/sec, higher on request • Measuring length: 5ft to 20ft • Brake force: 500N before out-of-position feedback is activated • 210mm long roller guideway with 12 bearings • Max. pushing force: 400lbs at 12in/sec, 300lbs at 18in/sec Options • Motor brake • Integrated proximity limit switches • 3,000 line program memory and outputs for fully automatic push feed operation • RS232 interface with TS312 communication software for PC • High accurate linear magnetic encoder for direct measurement • Control stand (free standing) |
