PD100 – Auto Stop / Pusher System

What Can Kentucky Gauge Automate?

The answer is simple – Kentucky Gauge can automate anything!

It is a common question that we get asked. “Will Kentucky Gauge work with my [saw, ironworker, drill, punch, rotary cutter, laser marker, welding line, insert machine here]?” The answer is unequivocally yes.

All our automated systems use a 24V DC output to cycle your equipment, which is the most common control circuit in industrial machinery. 24V DC circuitry has become a global standard and provides a long life with high-speed sensing and switching.

It is extremely rare to encounter an application that does not utilize 24V DC circuits. In those rare instances, the machinery used 12V DC circuitry or pneumatic switches. In either case, yes, Kentucky Gauge can still integrate and automate the equipment using voltage regulator and 24V DC solenoid valves for switch control.

Here is a short list of equipment that can be automated:

  • Cold saw
  • Upcut saw
  • Vertical bandsaw
  • Horizontal bandsaw
