The Kentucky Gauge Versa-Stop is a versatile multi-stop system that features a tool-free operation, which nearly eliminates setup and changeover time. The Versa-Stop’s slotted guide rail allows for a universal fit that can adapt onto any new or existing manufacturing process where precise and repeatable positions are required.

Key Features
Adhesive-Backed Tape Rule with Inch and Metric Graduations
The Versa-Stop comes standard with a steel adhesive-backed tape rule with a white background to provide reliable measurements and high visibility in all shop environments.
Right-to-Left and Left-to-Right tape rules available.
Bypass Feature for Unused Stop Blocks
The spring-loaded contact plates can be closed to allow the operator to bypass unnecessary measurements. Thus, reducing changeover times.
Maintenance-Free Bearings
The Versa-Stop utilizes a self-lubricating UHMW bearing pad. This material has a low coefficient of friction, which ensures a smooth carriage travel.
Unlike roller bearings, there is no required lubrication or concerns about breakdown. Thus, maintenance costs and downtime are virtually eliminated.
Roto-Lock Brake Handle for Secure Positioning
Each stop block is equipped with a roto-lock brake handle to securely hold the block in positioning, ensuring reliable positioning and repeatable measurements.
